Ece Aydın founded iQM Teknoloji after many years of experience in ERP and enterprise software development. Within the company, she leads the software development team while also actively participating in software development processes. Specializing in digital transformation, ERP solutions, and manufacturing technologies, Ece Aydın focuses on developing innovative and sustainable software solutions.
Project Manager
Aytac Aydin has extensive experience in ERP systems, digital transformation, and enterprise software projects. At iQM Teknoloji, he manages project management, customer relations, and business development processes while leading project teams and coordinating operations. He actively contributes to the strategic planning of ERP, MES, and integration projects, focusing on sustainable and innovative digital transformation solutions.
Senior Solution Architect
Davut is an experienced Solution Architect specializing in solution design, process analysis, and implementation management for enterprise projects. He is well-versed in PMI project management methodologies and has expertise in finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and system integration processes. By aligning business needs with technology, he develops sustainable solutions and supports the successful delivery of projects through effective cross-functional coordination.
Senior Business Analyst
Ozge works at iQM as a production consultant in ERP projects, actively contributing to MRP, production planning, line management, and operational process analysis. With experience across different industries, she helps businesses improve efficiency by analyzing and optimizing production processes. She also takes an active role in project coordination, requirement analysis, and the digital transformation of manufacturing operations.
